Dynamic offers capsules for two for one twister machines with various tension. We can supply all kinds of capsules for different makes such as VOLKMANN, STAR VOLKMANN, MURATA, VEEJAY, PRERNA, SAVIO, ICBT, PREPA, SUPERBA & ALMA according to customer requirements as per the sample (or) drawing.

• Hard Chrome plated with mirror polish on EN 1A Material
• Plating Thickness = 0.015 - 0.020 min requirement (However we supply maximum 0.080)
• Plating Hardness = 800 - 1100 Hv3
• Spring Stiffness = 0.1.......9gram / mm (Spring made with Spring Steel)
• Unmentioned Radll = 2
• Spring Hardness = 2
• Spring Hardness = Less than 25HRC (Rockwell) (This Spring construction is in the usage for 3-5years)
• Identification Method = Either in Numbers (0 to 9) or in groove form
