Roving waste end opener machine - Beater Type and it is economical and high productive machine for opening the roving ends collecting from the department & from the market. It will open the cotton / Blends, Polyester, Viscose and other materials. The opened roving ends can be mixed in Blendo Mat / Unifloc / GBR machines directly which the cost of mixing comes down up to 10% not only open end mill but also spinning mills.
The machine consists of wooden feed lattice, feed roller, pinned beater, cage unit, Delivery Lattice system which are driven by 5HP motor for beater and including the electrical panel board and limit 1.5HP gear motor for feed & delivery lattice and reverse motion drive and including the Electric Panel Board and Limit switch and others.
